Phil Joined North West Roller Services in 2014, he was employed as a shop floor Centre Lathe Operator. In 2017 an opportunity to work in the Fibreglass Sleeve Production Department came available, his background in fibreglass/carbon Fibre manufacturing helped him to make his decision.

Phil made the switch and with the Fibreglass Sleeve Department now going from strength to strength Phil has been promoted to Sleeve Production Manager.
